Mission Statement

MSEF is a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion of skiing by providing quality alpine ski race training and competitive opportunities for young Western Montana skiers. MSEF has served the skiing youth of Missoula for over 30 years, developing strong all- mountain skiers and competitive alpine racers. We offer four programs—all based on a continuous, individualized and structured series of progressions outlined by USSA. Skiers benefit from highly qualified coaches using the most up-to-date and effective coaching methods. MSEF programs promote USSA Alpine Fundamentals, race techniques, mental and physical preparedness, goal setting, responsibility, and friendship—all in a team atmosphere.
